Guarantee policy 

• All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a Credit Card for website reservation.

Cancellation Policy 

• No cancellation charges will be levied 48 hrs prior to date of arrival.  
• Within 48 hrs any cancellation or no show will be charged by one night penalty. 
• All Room reservations during 21st Dec 2009 to 02nd Jan 2010 (including Christmas and New Year Supplement) with advance payment will be accepted.
• During 21st Dec 2009 to 02nd Jan 2010 all bookings payments should be 100% advance and non refundable in case of any cancellation. 

 Extra Bed & Child Policy  

• Children below 05 years of age can stay in the parent's room without an additional charge.
• Children 05 to 12 years will be charged the rates of this room will be 50% of the parent’s.
• If a child is above 12 years of age, a separate room will be required at the parent’s applicable room rate. An extra bed shall not be provided for anyone over 12 years of age.
• Maximum occupancy per room is two adults. 

Non Smoking Policy

The Government has introduced "No-Smoking" legislation for resorts, restaurants and all public places. As a consequence, smoking is prohibited in all parts of the resort except in designated public area and bedrooms where smoking is permitted.

Pet Policy

No pets are allowed in the resort premises.
